Dale Reinert has been the Secondary Counselor at Lake Balboa College Prep since the Fall of 2017. Dale has worked for LAUSD since 2003-2004. Dale’s first job in education was as an English teacher in the high schools of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and Queens (NY). Dale has worked in public and private schools in Rhode Island, Iowa, Wisconsin, and California.


Dale earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language Arts from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Fordham University in New York City. He has completed post-graduate studies at Immaculate Conception Seminary, University of Wisconsin, Loras College, University of Wisconsin – Platteville, University of California at Irvine.


Dale holds permanent credentials from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing in the areas of School Counseling and School Administration.
